SpeedyPay Partner Terms and Conditions

These SpeedyPay Partner Terms and Conditions govern participation in the SpeedyPay referral compensation program offered by SpeedyPro. By becoming a SpeedyPay Partner, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the SpeedyPay Compensation Plan, and any policies or procedures adopted by SpeedyPro.

1. INDEPENDENT PARTICIPATION

SpeedyPay Partners are independent participants and are not employees, agents, representatives, franchisees, joint venturers, or legal partners of SpeedyPro. Nothing in the SpeedyPay program creates an employer and employee relationship.

Partners are responsible for their own activities, expenses, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws.

2. ONE POSITION PER PERSON

Each individual may have only one position in the SpeedyPay Compensation Plan.

Creating, owning, controlling, benefiting from, or participating in multiple positions, whether directly or indirectly, is prohibited. A Partner may not use another person's name, business entity, email address, payment method, account, or other means for the purpose of obtaining or controlling an additional position.

If SpeedyPro determines that a Partner has created or controls more than one position, SpeedyPro may close or consolidate positions, adjust the organization, reassign or move Partners within the organization when necessary, reverse or adjust commissions, or take other corrective action it determines appropriate.

Attempts to circumvent the one position rule may result in suspension or termination from SpeedyPay.

3. NO REQUIRED INVESTMENT TO BECOME A SPEEDYPAY PARTNER

There is no separate investment or fee required to become a SpeedyPay Partner.

Participation in SpeedyPay does not guarantee that a Partner will earn any income. Earnings depend on numerous factors, including individual effort, sales and referral activity, customer retention, and the activities of others within the compensation structure.

4. INCOME CLAIMS

Partners may not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated statements about actual or potential earnings through SpeedyPay.

Partners may not represent that income is guaranteed, easy, automatic, typical, or assured. Partners may not use earnings examples, lifestyle claims, income projections, screenshots, account balances, checks, payment statements, or similar representations in a misleading manner.

Any discussion of potential earnings must comply with SpeedyPro policies and all applicable laws and regulations.

5. PRODUCT AND SERVICE CLAIMS

Partners may only make truthful and accurate statements about SpeedyPro products and services.

Partners may not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated product or performance claims. Partners may not promise or guarantee results that SpeedyPro does not expressly authorize.

Partners are responsible for ensuring that their advertising, presentations, social media content, websites, messages, videos, and other promotional materials accurately represent SpeedyPro and its products and services.

6. CROSS RECRUITING

Cross recruiting is strictly prohibited and is grounds for termination.

A Partner may not solicit, recruit, encourage, induce, or attempt to persuade another SpeedyPay Partner to leave their existing organization, change sponsors, move to another position, or join another SpeedyPay organization.

Partners may not interfere with another Partner's organization or encourage others to manipulate the SpeedyPay Compensation Plan.

SpeedyPro reserves the right to investigate suspected cross recruiting and take whatever corrective action it determines appropriate, including termination and adjustments to the affected organization.

7. ETHICAL CONDUCT

Partners must conduct themselves professionally and ethically when representing SpeedyPro or SpeedyPay.

Fraud, deception, harassment, manipulation of the Compensation Plan, unauthorized representations, misuse of another person's information, or conduct that SpeedyPro reasonably determines could damage the company, its customers, its Partners, or its reputation may result in disciplinary action.

8. MARKETING AND ADVERTISING

Partners may promote SpeedyPro and SpeedyPay using company approved information and materials.

Partners may not create advertising or promotional materials that misrepresent SpeedyPro, SpeedyPay, the Compensation Plan, the products or services, or the income opportunity.

Partners may not represent themselves as SpeedyPro corporate employees or imply that their independently operated website, social media account, advertisement, or communication is an official corporate communication unless authorized by SpeedyPro.

9. COMMISSIONS AND COMPENSATION

Commissions are earned according to the current SpeedyPay Compensation Plan and are subject to qualification requirements, customer payments, refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, adjustments, and these Terms and Conditions.

SpeedyPro may correct errors in commission calculations and may withhold, reverse, or adjust compensation resulting from refunds, chargebacks, fraudulent activity, duplicate positions, Compensation Plan manipulation, or violations of these Terms.

No Partner acquires a permanent ownership interest in any particular position, placement, organization, customer, or future commission.

10. REFUNDS, CHARGEBACKS AND CANCELLATIONS

If a transaction that generated compensation is refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, or otherwise unpaid, SpeedyPro may deduct the related commissions or bonuses from current or future compensation.

Partners may not encourage or participate in fraudulent transactions, improper chargebacks, or other attempts to manipulate compensation.

11. CONFIDENTIAL AND PROPRIETARY INFORMATION

Partner lists, organizational information, compensation data, customer information, internal reports, training materials, and other nonpublic information provided by SpeedyPro may be confidential or proprietary.

Partners may not use confidential SpeedyPro information to solicit Partners or customers for another company, opportunity, product, or service.

12. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION

SpeedyPro may suspend or terminate a Partner for violating these Terms and Conditions, engaging in fraud or deceptive conduct, cross recruiting, maintaining multiple positions, making prohibited income or product claims, manipulating the Compensation Plan, or engaging in conduct that materially harms SpeedyPro, SpeedyPay, its customers, or its Partners.

Depending on the circumstances, SpeedyPro may provide notice and an opportunity to correct a violation. Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Upon termination, the Partner loses the right to participate in SpeedyPay and to receive future compensation associated with the terminated position, subject to applicable law and compensation already earned and legally payable.

13. COMPENSATION PLAN CHANGES

SpeedyPro may modify the SpeedyPay Compensation Plan, these Terms and Conditions, qualification requirements, commissions, bonuses, policies, or procedures when reasonably necessary for the operation, compliance, or protection of the program.

Changes will become effective upon publication or other notice provided by SpeedyPro, subject to applicable law.

14. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW

Partners are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations applicable to their activities, including laws governing advertising, endorsements, testimonials, income representations, electronic communications, telemarketing, privacy, taxes, and direct selling.

15. NO GUARANTEE OF INCOME

SpeedyPro does not guarantee that any SpeedyPay Partner will earn money or achieve any particular level of income.

Individual results will vary. Participation, effort, referrals, sales, customer retention, organizational activity, market conditions, and other factors can affect results. Some Partners may earn substantial income, some may earn modest amounts, and some may earn no income.

16. COMPANY INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEMENT

SpeedyPro reserves the right to interpret and enforce these Terms and Conditions and the SpeedyPay Compensation Plan in good faith and in a manner consistent with applicable law.

Failure to enforce a provision in one instance does not waive SpeedyPro's right to enforce that provision in the future.

17. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By enrolling as a SpeedyPay Partner or participating in the SpeedyPay Compensation Plan, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

You also acknowledge that participation in SpeedyPay does not guarantee income and that you are responsible for the representations you make when promoting SpeedyPro or SpeedyPay.
